When I order online, how long will it take to receive my order?

All pieces are carefully handmade in England and Spain, and then beautifully packaged, so they can be shipped to you safely. Please allow one week for delivery of domestic orders, two weeks for international. Orders are shipped to the address provided by you. Dajana Basic London is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. I just discovered Dajana Basic London and would like to buy a headpiece, but I'm getting married next week! I noticed that your headpieces take at least two weeks to arrive, what can I do?

If you urgently need a headpiece or any other accessory please email us to discuss the option of rushing your desired piece. Depending on the design you choose and your shipping destination, we may be able to accommodate your request and assist with your rush order. Please note that you may need to pay a rush shipping fee, which we will quote then accordingly.


What is the best way to reach you?

We are a very small team and often can’t make it to the phone, if we are tangled up in all the fine beads and pearls. The best way to reach us is always by emailing us at contact@dajanabasic.com with as much information as you have. We also recommend to refer to our contact page for quick submission. It may take us a day or two to get back to you, so please be patient, but rest assured that we will be in touch as soon as possible.


I really like one of your designs – can I order one exactly the same?

Each design is carefully made by hand using fine fabrics, pearls and beads, and is therefore unique and one of a kind. Due to the fact that each design is created by hand, you should expect minor variations from the original presented on the website.

What is the shipping cost?


During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request a refund of your order, which you must return to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice, tags and packaging. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. If you do not contact us within 14 days after receiving your order, we will be unable to accept your return for a refund. Please do always contact us if you have any concerns and we will be happy to assist you. Returned pieces will not be accepted if:
- The pieces have been used and our Dajana Basic London sticker seal is broken.
- You have tried to repair a faulty piece.
- The product is not complete.

Please kindly understand, due to the made-to-order nature of our designs, we strictly accept only one bridal gown per order.

How do I return an item?


During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange of pieces, which you must return to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice, tags and packaging. Items must be returned to the following address:
