When shopping with us online, please kindly note that you are automatically accepting our terms & conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you read the following carefully before placing your order. 

PRICING POLICY 
All prices are shown in GBP Pound Sterling. Prices do not include delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. 

PAYMENT 
We accept the following credit- and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal and ApplePay.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING 
Please kindly note our made-to-order timeline:

Dresses:
2-3 months
(+ Courier Shipping, approx. 1-2 weeks)

Accessories:
2-4 weeks
(+ Courier Shipping, approx. 1-2 weeks)

We love to create each design to perfection. Once production is completed, your order will be beautifully packaged and dispatched via courier. We will ensure to keep you posted with updates on the progress of your order. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by e-mail. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Some delays can occur during busy periods and public holidays. DAJANA BASIC LONDON can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.

Shipping UK £7, Shipping Europe £10, Shipping Rest of World £14.
Once ready made and beautifully packaged, we always ship orders with First Class Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for or via private courier to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

RETURN & EXCHANGE 
You have to let us know no later that 14 days after receiving your order, that you want to return an item. You will then have 14 days to send it back to us. We do not accept items that have been altered, or washed, and are returned without the tags or the original brand packaging. The return tag must also be attached. Without the return tag we do not accept returns. When we have received the returned items, they will undergone a quality control and decide if the customer should have the full amount back. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. In case of a bank transfer please remember to submit the sort code and account number (IBAN and BIC for international bank transfers). Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses.
